Job Description:

The developer will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules to streamline HR case management processes and enhance employee experience as well as ITSM modules (Incident, Service Requests, Problem and change management, CMDB and APM are nice to have

Development and Configuration work ITSM

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems if needed
• Develop and maintain Service CatLog items and Service Portals.
• Implementing and customizing the ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Provide technical documentation and user training as required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow configurations.

For in the HRMS Case management

• Configuring HRSD Case Management, Employee Service Centre, and HR Knowledge Base.
• Creating and modifying HR case workflows, templates, and dashboards.
• Developing and configuring HR Service CatLog items and record producers.
• Developing APIs and web services to exchange data between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Able to setup the agents workspaces as well as the technical views
• Implementing role-based access control (RBAC) to secure HR data.
