Senior Growth Specialist – ASO & Performance Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Growth Specialist with deep expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) and Performance Marketing to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile-first products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance-driven environments with hands-on experience across app growth, campaign management, and attribution tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute ASO strategies across both Google Play Store and Apple App Store to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns using Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and other performance platforms.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROAS and efficiency.
• Leverage attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer (or similar) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking, market research, and A/B testing for continuous growth improvements.
• Define and monitor KPIs, preparing actionable insights and reports for key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in performance-driven mobile user acquisition and ASO.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and app attribution platforms.
• Prior experience in fintech, consumer tech, or high-growth startup environments strongly preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across cross-functional teams.
