We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 12 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule and follow up on technical interviews and feedback.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing offer letters, onboarding documentation, and background checks.
  • Support in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Knowledge of basic HR operations and processes.
